Team Member Expectations

• To support the vision and purpose of NHCC and its ministries.
   
• To maintain unity as a team, willing to support fully any leadership decisions even when personal preferences may be different.
   
• To put priority on rehearsal and service times over other schedule conflicts which may arise.
   
• To let the worship leader know at least 24 hours prior to rehearsal that you can't be there.
   
• To make a commitment to be a consistent as you possibly can in your involvement with the worship team, realizing that you are a part of a team that is counting on you.
   
• To be punctual.
   
• To practice music independently outside of rehearsal times.
   
• To maintain an openness to constructive criticism and instruction by leaders.
   
• To make an effort to memorize the music (vocalists).
   
• To maintain open and honest relationships with the team, resolving conflicts promptly as they arise.
   
• To speak well of other members on the team.
   
• To spend time in prayer asking God to prepare you heart for worship.

Time Commitments:

• Be at the rehearsal the Thursday night prior to your scheduled Sunday.
   
• Be at church for warm up at the designated time by the worship leader Sunday morning.
